Event Experience

All large group events are hosted on the Tequila Terrace rooftop patio at Old Town Tequila Factory, one of San Diego's most scenic rooftop venues. Experiences last approximately two hours and begin with an introduction to tequila, including its origins, production process, and the impact of barrel aging. Guests learn how aging shapes flavor, drawing out notes of vanilla, caramel, and subtle hints of hazelnut, so they can taste the difference in each pour. With the growing movement toward additive-free tequila, guests leave with a deeper understanding of tequila quality, craftsmanship, and value.
